also sort of relevant viggo also bought the horse that costarred with him in the movie hidalgo and subsequently took the horse (tj) with him to the red carpet premier.
Also most of the Riders of Rohan are actually women because when they put out that call mostly women showed up with their horses and the costume team just stuck beards on them.

So the rain is supposed to last tomorrow night into Sunday for our area, and today was honestly a pain in the butt going from the van to the Denny’s in the rain (we spent until 3 PM at the Denny’s parking lot today since I had a meeting with my case manager at my nearby psychiatrist’s office that he fucked up royally, meaning it didn’t happen and I wasted most of my day). So we went ahead and looked up the rates for a room and with my mother’s check coming in tomorrow we have almost enough. Bonus is we can get the kidlet too if we keep it to Sunday afternoon.
We need $60 for the following:
$17 – The taxes for the room
$23 – Gas to go pick the kidlet up/drop him off on Sunday
$20 – Food (we don’t think it’ll be quite enough with the human tapeworm I gave birth too, but the hotel we’d be at has free breakfast so I’ll make sure he eats on Saturday and Sunday for that and we’ll use the last of our food to feed him).
It’s a big deal for the kidlet since he hasn’t seen us for a while and he’s been such a good kid he’s told me, getting independent student and being good to his adoptive mom. If I don’t get as much as I hope in back disability, this will probably be the only chance I get to see him this month, which would make a great Christmas present for me and my mom. Any help would be appreciated and I will MAKE my family give me time to write this weekend if you would like a fic in exchange ($1 per $100 words). Thank you and have a great weekend!
So we just hit a snag: it’s freaking pouring right now. I didn’t think there was supposed to be rain until tomorrow night but apparently I was very much mistaken. I am not looking forward to have to run back and forth in this weather; it already caused me to have one accident today.
If anyone can give me $150 I WILL pay you back on December 3rd. Please. The rain and cold temperatures are just not fun to have to be in the car right now. Thank you.
We have one hour until we have to be out in the van for the night (that’s when the Starbucks closes) and already every time someone opens the door I get frigidly cold. I’ve been coughing more the last few days and my blankets are not even close enough to keeping me warm. I’m hoping my check is in the mail tomorrow so I can pay someone back faster but please. $150 for all of it or even just $80 for tonight…we’re freezing and we’re desperate.
